Cashing Out

When you cash out, your money will be sent back to you through one of the payment methods listed below. You will be prompted to select one of the following methods each time you cash out. You may select any method you prefer. Please note that the minimum cash out amount for some methods is $50.

SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS AND CASH OUTS

When a player uses their credit card to make a deposit and later requests a cash out, we first credit your credit card up to the amount of your original deposit(s). The balance, if any, is sent through a check, wire transfer, or PayPal. For example, if you deposit $300 through VISA, then a week later ask for a $600 cash out, the first $300 will be credited back to your VISA card (thus in essence canceling previous charge), and the other $300 will be sent via your choice of methods. This is a safeguard against credit card fraud and is a standard practice with online gaming establishments.

Approval of your cash out normally takes 18 hours from the time you submit your request. This time is necessary for us to process the transaction and conduct basic security checks. In some cases, more time will be needed to verify additional information regarding your account, and in such cases, we may notify you for additional identification. Please note that mailing checks is very slow. For cash outs by check, we suggest International Air Courier Service (two-day delivery) is available at an additional rate of $20 per check.
